Join DATTA Vic and IEEE Women in Engineering and Solarbuddy at this FREE event for members for Science Week and explore how to engage more female students in Applied STEM through the Design & Technologies curriculum.
- Are you a female teacher who wants to develop new STEM skills for your classes and become be a role model for your students?
- Are you a STEM teacher looking for ideas for classroom projects that are engaging for girls?
We’ll be looking at successful STEM programs from Victorian schools, exploring humanitarian design and engineering and offering a hands-on session on wearable technologies.
You’ll also join students and teachers participating in the Whittlesea Tech Celebrating STEAM event for lunch – a great opportunity to network and share ideas with colleagues from the local area.
