Schools who participated in National Design & Technologies Week undertook the challenge in their classes - to design a product which attempts to solve a personal, local or global problem and uses a new technology as part of the solution.
Finalists were selected from this initial round, and then their work was displayed at the DATTA Vic Makerspace 2019 competition. The overall winners were chosen by the delegates on the day.
