Booking an event with DATTA Vic...
Here are our tips to be sure your booking has gone through and to save missing out on an event:
- Orders are not finalised unless we receive a booking online via our website: PDs.
- Please make sure when registering you scroll right to the bottom and click the CONFIRM button, after you are given the information summary for review.
- Then, once your booking has been successfully processed, you will receive an emailed confirmation.
- You can also check via your profile: an invoice will be automatically generated, and visible under ‘Invoices & payments’ tab, and all current personal bookings under the ‘My event registrations’ tab.
We happily accept school purchase orders, to add the number to your invoice (for your school’s purposes). With the high volume of orders we receive, we unfortunately don't always have the capacity to follow up whether they’ve been placed with our booking system online.
Bookings are always confirmed by a follow up email – if this has not been received, we do not have your booking in the system.

DATTA Vic Mission
Design and Technologies is an area of the curriculum that applies the Design Process, and uses tools and materials (with new technological knowledge) to create products, services and environments.
DATTA Vic represents Design and Technologies Teachers (including Systems Engineering, STEM, Textiles, Electronics, Auto & Primary teachers) in education throughout Victoria.
DATTA Vic is a non-profit organisation that was formed in October 1987. Since our humble beginnings as a group of like-minded teachers of Technology we have grown to a membership of over 1300 educators.
The DATTA Vic committee consists of volunteer members and two part-time paid office staff.
We hold annual conferences and facilitate various Professional Learning workshops throughout the year.
