DATTA Vic members - We're delighted to publish details of our new STEM Skills incursion program for term 3 2022.
This session is running on the 25th August, and up to 10 teachers can participate. It is available to member schools within the Melbourne Metropolitan area as detailed here:
Experienced educator Pat McMahon will visit your school and offer you and your colleagues a hands-on introduction to Arduino – an open-source electronics platform, where single-board microcontrollers and kits are used to build digital devices. Pat will take you through a range of projects, including LEDs, push-button switches, sounders, potentiometers, and ultra-sonic sensors. You’ll discuss the applications for this technology in the classroom and identify new ways to engage your students in STEM
