Casey Tech School have allowed us an entire day to utilise their amazing space to run our full day PD about how to teach and implement Unit 2, of the new Product Design and Technologies study design, into your classroom!

This professional learning workshop is designed to get you ready for Semester 2, Unit 2 - Positive Impacts for End Users. It is ideal for educators who are new and returning to VCE Product Design & Technologies teaching, or those who simply want to improve their knowledge and understanding of the 2024-2028 study design. 

The session will break down the new study design - VCE PD&T Unit 2, offering weekly timetables, introducing and implementing First Nations knowledge, culture and perspectives, tips on addressing sustainability, a wide range of handouts and resources, and much more.

Our presenter Andy Ding is joined by Michael Dale, a proud Nukunu man from South Australia now living and teaching in Victoria.  He'll be sharing how he has developed his PD&T programs to celebrate First Nations' culture and heritage, and exploring some of the design-based activities his students take part in.
