YOUR School YOUR STEM was a 2020 partnership project between DATTA Vic, Primary Connections, HEV and Deakin University and supported by the Department of Education and Training through their Strategic Partnership Program Fund.

This webinar series took place over three sessions, and aimed to build capacity in primary teachers to deliver engaging STEM programs that are relevant for their students and their school community. 

Participants: 

• Learned about the range of free Primary Connections resources for Design & Technologies
• Experienced a range of STEM programs presented by Dr Wendy Jobling and developed by Deakin University that focus on primary and early childhood creativity and design
• Heard from practicing primary teachers about their successful Applied STEM programs for their students
• Helped to build a virtual professional learning community that provides ongoing support and networking opportunities for educators with an interest in STEM
